This is a quick & easy “one bowl” breakfast or snack recipe that everyone in the family loves. You can double the recipe and fill up little mason jars to have as a grab and go for those times you are in a rush. Feel free to add whatever toppings you like to this dish and let your kids choose what they like to make it a fun cooking experience. ENJOY!!

Ingredients

  • 1-can of coconut milk.
  • 2-Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 2-Tbsp %100 Cacao Powder (we love Navitas brand)
  • 2-Tbsp organic maple syrup or date syrup (check out or recipe for homemade date syrup)
  • -Organic Raspberries & Blueberries, washed and dried

Instructions

-Put all ingredients into a glass bowl and mix well.

-Cover and put in fridge overnight to let it set.

-Add toppings and enjoy!

*for grab and go fill up each mason jar and add toppings. Close with lid and put in fridge overnight. Can last for up to 5 days in fridge.
