No-Bake Coco-Nut Belly Balls

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • •20 medjool dates (pitted)
  • •1 C raw almonds
  • •3 Tbsp. %100 raw cacao powder (our favorite brand is Navitas)
  • •1 Tbsp organic coconut oil
  • •1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • TOPPING:
  • •1/2 C organic shredded unsweetened coconut
  • •1/4 C organic cacao nib (we also recommend Navitas brand for this as well)

Instructions

1• place almonds in food processor and pulse until they are crushed into “small pieces”

2• add the rest of the ingredients (except the topping) and pulse until all mixed together.

•Roll into balls

•Mix shredded coconut and cacao nibs together in a bowl and roll each ball in the mix to cover the entire ball.

•Place into container and put in fridge.
