Ingredients

  • •1 C oats (we recommend sprouted oats)
  • •2 ripe bananas
  • •2 medjool dates-pitted
  • •1 tsp. Organic cinnamon
  • •2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • •1/2 C almond milk

Instructions

• Put all the ingredients together in mixer or nutribullet. Mix it until you get a pancake batter like consistency. You can add more oats to thicken it up or you may add more milk if its to thick.

•Heat a skillet up over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan. We prefer coconut oil or avocado oil.

•Use a large serving spoon to drop the pancake batter onto the pre-heated skillet pan with at least 1” of space between each pancake.

•cook on first side until it the batter starts bubbling and then flip it over and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Repeat this process until all the batter is used up.

•these are great to enjoy with some organic maple syrup and fresh fruit!
